Forwarding or a mailbox?

Email forwarding sends messages addressed to your domain to an existing mailbox. It is not a separate mailbox with storage or an outgoing email service for your domain.

Adding forwarding

1. Select your domain in your account and open its settings.
2. For a domain using our nameservers, open email forwarding.
3. Enter the address on your domain and the destination mailbox. Check both addresses and save the settings.

With external nameservers this feature is unavailable in our account. If you already use an email provider, agree any record changes with them to preserve your existing email.

When you need a full mailbox

Message storage, webmail access and sending from your own address require a separate email service. You can arrange it with your hosting provider, including Besthosting. For setup questions, contact support.
