What to do when a domain expires

Check the expiry date and status

Sign in and find the domain in your list. Expiry may affect your website and email. Renewal or restoration availability depends on the zone and current domain status.

Renewal or restoration?

If renewal is available, select the domain and proceed to checkout. Review the available term and amount for each domain on the next step. If restoration is required or ordinary renewal is unavailable, use the restore option or contact support.

Do not pay for a new registration of the same name as a way to renew an existing domain. A payment status alone does not confirm that the operation is complete: check its result in your account.

If the domain is missing

Check that you signed in to the correct account type. If the domain is managed through a reseller, contact that reseller. Otherwise send the domain name to support.

Avoid another expiry

Keep your contact details current and review notification settings. Plan renewal before expiry to allow time for payment and processing.
