How to choose a domain zone
Choose a zone for your audience, name and registration requirements.
Consider your audience
A Ukrainian or regional zone can highlight a local focus. An international zone can suit a broader audience. A thematic zone describes the project, but the full name should still be easy to understand.
Check requirements
Compare registration, renewal and restoration prices, available terms and restrictions. Private second-level .ua names have trademark requirements; see the .UA registry rules for details.
Choose a lasting name
Avoid confusing spelling and names that could infringe others’ rights. Check how the domain looks in website and email addresses. A popular zone alone does not guarantee search rankings.
